Where has the time gone? Its’s been a whole year since I lived in New Zealand, a place that truly stole my heart. From the crystal clear waters of Lake Hāwea to the gorgeous peaks that occupy almost every inch of the sky line, there wasn’t a signal part of this country that didn’t touch my heart. Reminiscing on some of the incredible moments fills me with gratitude but also with longing! I miss my amazing Kiwi family, from sharing pre dinner service shenanigans to long hikes on the hill and foraging for ingredients on the beautiful Glen Dene Station. A piece of my heart will always be on the South Island
