Bottom fishing for Blue cod and Groper is action packed and rewarding. Those with free diving experience can enjoy pristine dive spots for paua (abalone), crayfish (lobster), kina (urchins), and a myriad of separable fish!

The crew will cook your catch throughout the day, letting you try a sampling of the huge diversity in seafood the subarctic waters have to offer, and prepare anything you wish to take with you as well.

Mollyhawks and albatrosses are common sights on the boat, along with Hector’s and Bottlenose dolphins and Fur seals. Whales, Leopard seals, and great White sharks also habituate the waters near Stewart Island.
